Open your management dashboard

Use the Google account that owns the Black Pigs management workbook. The dashboard shows join requests, player profiles and links to the actual Google Sheets and forms.

How players join

1. Players open My profile → Create my profile and enter their details. Their phone creates and remembers their connection automatically.
2. You see the request under Join requests in Management. Check who is requesting, then approve a new player or link them to an existing record.
3. Their phone connects after approval. There is no code for staff to create, copy or send.

Your backend is there too

Use the Backend section for the full management workbook, attendance rolls, availability, scores, player profiles, injury reports, messages, feedback, Google Forms and automation tools.

Management uses your Google sign-in. Creating a player profile does not give staff access.
